Adding files over 4 GB in the Virtual CD Editor / Smart Virtual CD burner
If you want to add a file larger than 4 GB in the Virtual CD Editor or Smart Virtual CD burner, it aborts with an appropriate error message.

Because virtual CDs are created according to ISO 9660, files over 4 GB cannot be put together to a virtual CD even though the total possible size of a virtual CD can be up to 18 GB. ISO 9660 file systems always have a maximal file size of 4 GB.

Workaround: Create a virtual blank disk of the desired size and burn it with your data. This feature is available as of version 8.
For more information on how to create a virtual blank disk please read the following article : Creation and use of empty virtual media
