Note: You can continue to use any virtual CDs that you have created with the demo version once you install your registered version!

Virtual CD version 3 or older:

There is no special licensing code for converting a demo version of Virtual CD v3 to a fully licensed version. You need to purchase the full version separately, de-install the demo version, and then install your full version.

Virtual CD version 4 to 7:

Enter your license code in the CD Management program under Help -> Licensing or enter it during installation.

If possible, please use copy & paste to enter your the license code in order to prevent typing errors.

Virtual CD v8 and higher:

You can no longer activate the demo version with a license code.

Further restrictions:

• You cannot generate a client setup with the demo version.
• You can connect the demo version with Virtual CD NMS, but can receive no license number there.

You need a serial number for the retail version. You can order it in our Online Shop. With the serial number the full version can be downloaded and installed over the existing demo version.
The activation takes place during the installation.

You can change the license key in the CD Management under Help -> Licensing.
As of Virtual CD v10 the license can be changed in the Virtual CD Control Center over the Menu -> License -> Licensing.
