Bugs fixed in EJL interface:

• When creating accounts through the EJL interface ports in URLs are handled correctly.
• Encoded URLS will not be deleted when running EJL cleanup.
• In the protocal files changes in the order of the subjetcs are ignored.

To update HAn extract the ZIP-Archive to ..\WebSrv\hh\han\bin

Please note:
The HAN 2 Webservice has to be be stopped before applying the update!
